Digital fragmentation is a growing challenge for global cooperation. Closed ecosystems of large companies and state strategies, particularly in the "technopoles" of the U.S. and China, create dependencies and stifle innovation. Many countries are responding with approaches such as omni-alignment or minilateralism. Instead, collaborative solutions and pragmatic resilience are needed to promote flexibility and resilience for a sustainable and inclusive digital future.
