Friday, July 5, 2024, the Johannes Rau-Forschungsgemeinschaft organized the Parliamentary Breakfast “Silk Road” in the State Parliament (Landtag) of North Rhine-Westphalia. From CASSIS, Nicolas Huppenbauer joined the event to present research from his doctoral thesis on the topic of “De-Risking or Connectivity - China’s Economic Role in NRW.” The breakfast also offered opportunities for exchange with members of the Landtag and other guests.
