Hybrid warfare - workshop with strategic simulation game

The workshop, led by Colonel (ret.) Sönke Marahrens, the German representative at the Hybrid Centre of Excellence in Helsinki, offers an insight into the complex challenges of hybrid activities that seek to disrupt democratic processes and manipulate decision-makers. Various aspects such as diplomacy, politics, culture, social affairs, military and defence as well as cyber will be explored. After an introductory lecture on hybrid warfare and its significance for the Russian attack on Ukraine, participants will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a strategic mini wargame.
