Profile

Marvin Naeder works as a research assistant at the office of the Center for Advanced Security, Strategic, and Integration Studies (CASSIS).

He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Politics, Economics, and Society as well as German Studies from Ruhr University Bochum and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Political Science at the University of Bonn. In his bachelor’s thesis, he examined the Ukraine conflict from the perspective of Classical Realism.

Mr. Naeder gained practical experience, among other roles, in research coordination and security research at the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) in Wiesbaden, as well as in political communication and disinformation at the Press and Information Office of the Federal Government (BPA) in Berlin.

Additionally, he is actively involved as a board member at Polis180, where he leads the departments of Social Media and Public Affairs.
