Emma is a Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals Fellow (Parlamentarische Patenschafts-Programm) from the United States. She completed her Bachelors degree in International Relations and Global Studies with a concentration in International Security and certificates in Peace and Conflict Studies and German Language from the University of Texas at Austin. She wrote her bachelors thesis on the Rhetoric of Energy Security within and between the United States of America and Germany from the 1960s to 2022.
